Workshops

Culture is what motivates and retains talented employees. Every decision your organization makes strengthens or weakens your culture, and a healthy workplace culture—one that is fair, inclusive, high-functioning and free from harassment—is a critical business asset and force multiplier.

Betty Thompson, Chair, Society for human resource management

The following is a list of workshops and retreats Reese can facilitate for your department, team, division, or organization — curated to meet your organization’s needs. Each workshop is appropriate for large or small groups, includes interactive components, and is designed to be 2 hours in length. Retreats are designed for smaller groups (6-15 people) and are offered as half day, full-day, or multiple day experiences, depending on the topics covered. For some of the offerings below, there may be flexibility in participant size, material covered, and workshop or retreat length in order to meet your goals and your team’s availability. Many of these workshops can be conducted in an online or in-person format. It is recommended that retreats are conducted fully in-person.

Testimonials

Just wanted to extend my gratitude and appreciation for the training yesterday. Truth be told, I didn’t expect to learn that much, as I’ve been in many similar trainings. But WOW, Reese and [his co-facilitator] did a great job engaging the group on challenging discourse with compassion and authenticity. Great job!
